!: Quality Control, an open group just invites to be abused and no matter how many times you re-enforce the rules and ban members, if the door is open it does nothing to keep them out. Not only does invite only allows us to know who are part of the group but also keep an eye on the needs and possibilities.

!: No, that would be darn rude, we only ask that a member follows the rules and is active

!: By law, only if your parents agree, yes we know how this rule is disliked but the fact is that parents still have a say untill you are grown up
